Ended up surfing every day in the Garut area. A couple of 5 to 7ft days which were a bit big for me but still took a few on. Every other day was 3 to 5ft or 4 to 6ft. Perfect, found the best tide is 1.4m high and the lowest to come in over the reef is 0.8m.

Unseasonable rain. Rained nearly every day and we’re supposed to be in the dry season.

Road the bike from Santolo Beach to the cave area in Ajah about a 7hr ride then checked out the caves.
